Grape and pineapple salad

Recipe Ingredients
350g seedless grapes, halved;
1 golden pineapple, cut into chunks;
300ml Moscatel de Valencia wine, chilled;
chopped fresh mint
 
Recipe Method
This is really quick and simple to prepare. Just put the grapes and pineapple chunks into a serving bowl and pour the wine over. Sprinkle the mint on top. Cover and chill for about 4 hours before serving.
