| 8 good quality sausages; 8 strips smoked streaky bacon; 100g cheddar cheese, cut into 8 sticks; |

| Without cutting completely through slice each
sausage lengthways in half. Into each sausage place a bit of cheese and wrap a piece of bacon around it. Grill for 25 mins until the sausage is cooked through. serve on sticks with dips. |
