| Recipe Ingredients |
| 450g turkey mince; 50g nacho cheese flavour tortlla chips, finely crushed; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 medium egg, lightly beaten; 1 onion, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp coriander; 15g chopped fresh coriander. |
| Recipe Method |
| In a large bowl mix together the turkey mince,
nachos, oil, onion, garlic and spices. Season to taste. Add the
fresh coriander and egg. Mix thoroughly together. Divide the mixture into 6 equal burgers. Cook either on a barbeque or a frying pan for 5 minutes each side. |
